Politica di annullamento degli ordini
1. Order Cancellation Conditions
· Customers may request an order cancellation within a maximum of 24 hours from the completion of the purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
· If the order has already been shipped or if the 24-hour deadline has passed, cancellation will no longer be possible. After receiving the goods, the customer may exercise their right to return the item according to the provided procedures.
Orders containing items made to the customer's specific request cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
2. Order Cancellation Procedure
To request an order cancellation, the customer must follow this procedure:
The customer must send a written communication via email to customer service within the permitted timeframe, indicating the order number and the cancellation request.
Customer service will verify the order status and confirm if cancellation is still possible.
The customer will then receive an official cancellation confirmation or, if the order has already been shipped, instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Refund Management
For approved cancellations prior to shipment, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. Actual crediting times may vary depending on the payment service provider.
